Educational Qualification
General Manager/Additional General Manager (Tech): A full-time, part-time, or correspondence degree in engineering in the fields of mechanical, electrical, or electronics with a first-class standing or at least 60% overall or an equivalent grade point average from an accredited university or Deemed University or Institute recognised by the AICTE is required. OR a full-time, part-time, or correspondence degree in engineering or naval architecture with a postgraduate diploma in naval construction and a first-class grade—or at least 60% overall—from an accredited university, deemed university, or institute recognised by the AICTE.
Selection Process: based on personal interview and document verification. Written test could be conducted if the number of applicants is high.
