The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has released notification for 198 Senior Assistant vacancies in departments such as School Education, Water Supply and Sanitation, Prosecution and Litigation, Rural Development & Panchayat, Revenue, Rehabilitation and Disaster Management, and others. Selection Criteria

The selection will be done on the basis of a written exam.

Application Fee Details

• Candidates who come under the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab State should pay a fee amount of Rs. 750/-
• Ex-Servicemen of Punjab State should pay a fee amount of Rs. 500/-
• Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), and Lineal Descendants of Ex-Serviceman (LDESM) Punjab State should pay a fee amount of Rs. 500/-
• All Other Categories i.e., General, Sports Persons of Punjab have to pay application fee of Rs. 1500/-

Educational Qualification Required

• Interested candidate should Possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university or institution and know General Information about 198 Senior Assistant positions in the Government of Punjab's Various Departments 2022.
• candidate must Qualify in the competitive test specified by the appointing authority from time to time and Possess at least 120 hours of hands-on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a government recognised institution or a reputed institution that is ISO 9001 certified.
• OR a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to an 'O' level certificate from the Government of India's Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) is also preferred.
