Qualifications and Eligibility
Young Professional –I (YP-I)
-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
-
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a government or research institute.
-
Diploma in Computer Applications.
-
Knowledge of ERP, PFMS, eHRMS, e-Office, etc.
-
Experience in ICAR institutes.
-
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Typing skills in both Hindi and English.
Young Professional –I (YP-I)(as male merron)
-
The position of Matron is designated for males.
-
Graduation in any discipline.
Note: For the position at Sl. No. 2, the role is residential. The Young Professional-I (YP-I) must reside 24/7 in the student hostel at ICAR-IIAB, Campus A, Garhkhatanga, Ranchi, and assist the JD(A) with academic and hostel management duties.
Monthly Remuneration
Rs. 30,000/- (Fixed)
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on their interview performance (and a written test, if necessary), evaluated on their academic qualifications, experience, publications, and any achievements or awards listed in their application.
