The curtain raiser event was attended and addressed by many dignitaries across the world including Prasad Unnikrishnan, Chief Operating Officer, KPMG India.

Prasad Unikrishnan talked about how Covid19 has accelerated digital transformation in India starting from the launch of Arogya setu app. He also talked about how SMARTecIndia Initiative has helped in improving India’s ranking in the Global Innovation Index as well as how this is the perfect platform for the exchange of knowledge and technology as it is attended by many delegates from across the world.
Prasad Unnikrishnan is the Partner & COO of Government & Public Services KPMG India. He has a vast experience in diverse fields in the past 17 years of his career in Consulting and IT organisation, Non Governmental organisations, and Scheduled Bank.
The various areas of his experience include Project Planning, Project management & implementation, Project monitoring and status reporting, strategic planning, process reengineering, operations management, quality, design engineering, market survey, developing rehabilitation packages, due diligence studies, concept development, product development, technology marketing, conceptualisation and design of IT solutions etc.
Prasad's recent experience is specifically focused on the delivery of large programme management for e-governance for the state governments as well as the Government of India and abroad. His major contribution in the recent past is in large programme management for the government.
