Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): New Delhi Corporate Office 

Officer (Rajbhasha): Unit of Bathinda, Punjab

HIL Jobs Qualification and Experience: 

• Finance Manager: Should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant in a Manufacturing Facility with 12 years of post-professional experience in a responsible position. Knowledge of SAP is desirable and if any desirable candidates operating within the company then he/she should have experience at least 2 years in the immediate below one stage post pay scale of Rs.24900-3 % -50500.

• Assistant Manager (Finance): Chartered or Cost Accountant with post-qualification experience in Financial & Cost Accounting, Internal Audit,of 05 years; 02 years of which should have been in Industry or Govt of responsible capability. If any candidates work within the company, he/she should have experience working for at least 2 years in the immediate phase below one post pay scale Rs.16400-3%-40500.

• Assistant Manager (Rajbasha): Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level OR Master's Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at degree level OR Master's Degree in any subject with Hindi as a subject at degree level and English as a subject at degree level. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation of the Official Language Act and Rules, organization of Hindi workshops and training programs, etc. a diploma or certificate in translation from a recognized government institution is desirable. Translation into English from Hindi and vice-versa job in Hindi for publication.

• Officer  for Rajbhasha: Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduate level OR Master's Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at graduate level OR Master's Degree in any subject with Hindi as a subject at graduate level and English as a subject at graduate level. With at least 4 years of experience in administering the Official Language Act and Laws, conducting Hindi seminars and training programs, etc., a diploma or credential of translation from a recognised government institution is desirable. Translation into English from Hindi and vice-versa. Job in Hindi for publication.

• Company Secretary: Must be an associate/fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 5 years of experience in the field, not less than 2 years of which should be in a supervisory capacity of immediately below one stage after the pay scale Rs.16400-3%-40500.

• Assistant Marketing Manager: B.SC Agriculture OR Science Graduate with five years of experience in the fields of AgroChemicals/Seeds/Fertilizers. He/she should have experience of working for at least 02 years in the immediate below one stage post pay scale of Rs.16400-3 percent -40500 if any existing working inside the company.
