Required Educational Qualification for Scientist Post
Candidates must have completed PhD in social sciences (agricultural or development economics) or a related field from a recognized university/college with a minimum of five years of Post-PhD experience.
He or she should also have experience in effectively leading small teams in the design & implementation of research. Must have strong quantitative skills like experience with data analysis & econometrics.
Technical Competencies/Skills – Have deep knowledge of Socio-Economic studies, Data Analysis and knowledge of applicable software & digital tools of data management, recording and observation.
Applicant must also have development of project management skills along with a good partnership, networks & interpersonal skills and team player. He or she must have the ability to work with different nationalities, disciplines & educational levels.
Should have good written & verbal communication skills in English
