Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially declared the results of the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) for January 2025 on Monday, January 20. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now download their scorecards from the official ICSI website at icsi.edu.
CSEET exam, held on January 11 and 13, 2025, evaluates aspiring company secretaries on four key subjects: Business Communication, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, Economic and Business Environment, and Current Affairs and Quantitative Aptitude. The exam was conducted in Remote Proctored Mode, enabling students to take the test from the comfort of their place while being monitored online by invigilators.
To qualify for the exam, candidates need to secure an aggregate of 50% marks, with a minimum of 40% in each individual paper. Importantly, there is no negative marking in the CSEET, giving students an opportunity to attempt all questions without the fear of penalties.
ICSI will only release the results and formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement in an online format, and will not issue any physical copies.

To become a certified company secretary, individuals must first pass the CSEET. Once they successfully complete this exam, they are eligible to enter the CS Executive Program. This program is followed by the CS Professional Test, which is the final step.
