Yesterday, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the results for CBSE Class 12th. Deep Singh Bhadauria, a farmer's child from Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, has made his parents proud by winning the district competition.
Deep, a student at City Central School, obtained 97.4% of the possible points to rank first in the district. His current goal is to pass the UPSC civil services test and join the military as an IAS officer.
The financial condition of their home has not been great, according to Deep's father, Brijraj Singh. However, he was trying really hard to teach his son. Looking at the household's condition and financial problems, Deep put in a lot of effort and also eventually brought honour to his father by winning the district competition.
Deep claimed that he used to spend 5 to 6 hours every day studying at home. Additionally, he had a school attendance rate of above 95%. His achievement of this position in the exam today is the outcome of his hard work.
PK Sharma, Principal of Central School said that Deep Singh Bhadauria has made the school very proud by becoming the district topper. The school management wished the child a bright future ahead.
The total passing percentage for CBSE class 12th students was 87.33 percent in 2023 compared to 97.71 percent in 2022. The overall results have decreased by 5.38 percent this year. Girls once again surpassed boys in class 12th as the girls' total pass percentage was 90.68% while the boys' score was 84.67%.
With a performance rate of 99.91%, Trivandrum was ranked first in the country, ahead of Bengaluru, Chennai, West Delhi, Chandigarh, and Delhi East. A total of 16,96,770 students appeared for the Class 12th examination this year.
