    • A low-pressure area has formed over the east equatorial Indian Ocean and the southeast Bay of Bengal as of 0830 IST on November 23, 2024.

    • Expected to move west-northwestward and intensify into a depression over the south-central Bay of Bengal by November 25. It will likely move towards Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka coasts in the following days.

  2. Western Disturbance

    • Current Location: A cyclonic circulation is observed over Afghanistan and neighboring areas, influencing weather patterns in northern India.
