  • IMD Predicts Heavy Rains & Thunderstorms In These States

    On 27th October (Wednesday), the India Meteorological Department said that under the influence of cyclonic circulation over the Southeast & adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal, a low-pressure area has formed over the central parts of South Bay of Bengal. It is likely to move towards the westwards during the next 3 days. The regional department has also said that the rainfall occurred at many places over Kerala a few places over the south interior Karnataka at the isolated places over Tamil Nadu, coastal Karnataka, Rayalaseema & Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam.

     

  • Indian Mills Need To Export More Sugar Without Subsidy

    India’s mills need to export 6-7 million tonnes of sugar without the government incentives in the year 2021/2022 to bring down the inventories & ensure domestic prices remain firm despite the surplus production said the government officials.

  • Hike in Petrol & Diesel Exceeds Rs 120 in MP

    The hikes in petrol & diesel have been exacerbated in the border districts of Madhya Pradesh due to the transportation cost & cheaper rates in the neighboring states. In the Annuppur district of the state, the petrol price crossed Rs 120 per liter, while the price of diesel hovered around Rs 110 per liter on 27th October (Wednesday).
