Ujjivan Small Finance Bank: Get Agri Loans up to Rs.10 Lakhs with Kisan Pragati Card

To meet all the agricultural needs and requirements, loans are being provided to the farmers across the nation under the Kisan Credit Card Scheme initiated by the Central and State Government at the lowest rate of interest. In this sequence, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has recently launched ‘Kisan Pragati Card’ to help the farmers to meet their needs and solve all financial requirements. Moreover, the ‘Kisan Pragati Card’ has been launched keeping in mind the crop production, pre and post-harvest requirements of the small and marginal farmers, working capital and other expenditure for the maintenance of farm assets, etc. Personal accident insurance scheme (PAIS) will also be available under the Kisan Pragati Card Scheme, says the official. 

Benefits of Kisan Pragati Card 

The Kisan Pragati Card offers a credit limit of up to Rs 10 lakh for 5 years with an annual renewal option. 

  • It gives loans up to Rs 10 lakh between 1 to 5 years.

  • There will be zero fees for loans up to Rs 3 lakh.

  • Under loan options, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank offers Kisan Unnati Emergency Loyalty to cater to various financial needs of farmers.

What is Kisan Pragati Card? 

Sanjay Cao, Chief Business Officer of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, said, “Where the income or livelihood of most of the population is dependent on agriculture even in today, access to credit makes agriculture very important. Despite this, farmers, especially small and marginal people, are deprived of institutional credit and they are forced to go to the local moneylender in return, who charges a very high-interest rate. Through its Kisan Pragati Card, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank provides farmers a relief for farming-related activities to meet the credit requirements and benefited farmers to gain a better life.
