The 4th IUPAC, International Conference on "Agrochemicals Protecting Crops, Health and Natural Environment – Discovery and development of synthetic and natural products for health and pests management" (APCHNE 2020) will be organized by Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Society for Promotion of Sustainable Agriculture (SPSA) and Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology, Gurugram, from 7-10 January 2020, in New Delhi.
Registration for the same will start from today, 6th January, 2020. Inauguration and scientific deliberations of the conference will be held on 7th January 2020; each morning will feature plenary lectures, followed by parallel sessions featuring invited lectures as well as contributory papers and poster presentations.
The conference will provide a forum to scientists of different disciplines, industries and other stakeholders to discuss latest trends and discoveries in agrochemicals and phytomedicines, deliberate on important issues of agricultural research, and present views as policy inputs to the planners, decision/opinion makers at various levels. The conference will comprise of a number of plenary and keynote lectures by the world's leading scientists reviewing the principal theme areas of the conference. Besides new compounds, new concepts and new uses, the conference will cover other traditional areas of research such as pest diseases, weed and resistance management, exploring biodiversity for botanical and biopesticides, genetically modified crops, neutraceuticals, as well as research into effects on human health, risk management, ecotoxicology, and remediation strategies.
The conference will also deliberate on other key issues such as analytical chemistry; pesticide residues in crops, food commodities, water, beverages; and changes in pesticide regulation. Contributory research papers will also be included in the relevant poster sessions, which will be an important part of the conference. We have great pleasure in inviting you to participate in the conference, present your research papers relevant to the conference themes and stimulate the scientific discussions through your valuable ideas and inputs so as to ensure successful and fruitful deliberations. It is also proposed to organize concurrently an instrument and manufacturers exhibition during the symposium.
