The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability Awards are being held by ASSOCHAM Southern region to honor businesses that, through creative and sustainable CSR efforts, have positively impacted the period from April 2022 to March 2023.
When evaluating the social and environmental effects of business choices, the community places a high value on sustainability and corporate social responsibility, or CSR. CSR, or "self-regulating business model," refers to a corporation's processes for interacting with its stakeholders and the wider public in order to create an environment where the company is seen as socially responsible.
The purpose of the Award is to recognize, encourage, and reward corporate members for their contributions to environmental and social goals. It also views the CSR mandate as a chance to shift from burdensome compliance to strategic philanthropy, working with state governments and civil society to improve the lives of people in the state.
