Ingredients:

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Blend the mango into a smooth puree.

In a bowl, combine the mango puree, chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
