Guava is a common fruit. Although all fruits have health benefits, the benefits of guava are one step ahead.  Eating a guava a day is good for your health.  Not only guava but also guava leaves are known for their medicinal properties.

Guava contains more vitamin C than orange. Therefore, it is recommended to consume one guava daily to boost the body's immune system.

Guava and guava leaves are indispensable for diabetics.  Dried guava leaf powder and peeled guava effectively control blood glucose.  The best way to get the result is to dry the guava leaves and add it to water.

Benefits of Guava

Studies show that they help prevent cancer by stopping the growth of free radicals in our body.  Its antioxidants inhibit the growth of cancer cells.  Ingredients such as lycopene and Vitamin-C are also known to fight cancer.
