Health is the ability of a biological system to acquire, convert, allocate distribute and utilize energy with maximum efficiency. Summer is the hottest season of all. In summer your skin needs extra care and precaution, especially because of intense UV sun rays may damage your skin and sun tanning may turn your skin into dark brownish and black.

You can protect your skin with some simple natural tips. Let's go ahead and read the tips below to know how to take care of your beautiful skin.

Drink lots of water:- During summer season your daily water consumption level gets increased because of the requirement of the water to human body due to heat and sweating and flush out the toxins.

Rose Water :-  Rosewater has natural cooling properties, which makes it an excellent toner for the hot summer season. Apply rose water on your face before going to bed.

Lemon:- Lemon contains ascorbic acid due to which it can easily bleach tanned skin. It is a natural tan removal agent. Lemon is also considered as the best skin-toner for glowing skin.

Fresh Salad:- Include salad in your diet and increase the intake of cucumber, beetroot, tomato, radish, and carrot. You'll likely have higher blood levels of a host of powerful antioxidants.  

Sun Screen:-  Before you step out don't forget to apply sunscreen on your skin. The sunscreen protects your skin from UV rays.


Cold Water:- Every evening splash lots of cold water on face and eyes. Soak a cotton pad in the cold water or rose water then place them on your eyes closed for 10-15 minutes.

Mask for Soft and Glowing Skin:- Homemade face pack for your glowing skin. Take 2 tablespoons of mashed papaya, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 egg white, mix them well and apply on your face and neck too. This gives your skin a great glow and makes it soft as well.

Cucumber and Yogurt Face Pack:- Blend a half of cucumber with 1 tablespoon of yogurt in a mixer and then apply this to your face and neck, after 15 min rinses off with fresh water and feel the freshness on your skin.

These natural tips can give you and your skin an outstanding glow and softness.
