Kaali Mirch has antioxidants that prevent many diseases such as breast cancer, prostate cancer, and colorectal cancer. It cures many diseases because of piperine which found in black pepper.

Kali Mirch has been using ayurvedic practices to make medicines and tonics. The tonics for cold & cough have kali mirch as an ingredient. It directly fights with the bacteria which causes mucus or phlegm in the throat. Even we drink soup with some added kali mirch in it to cure cough.
