Insecticides reports 29 % Jump in Net Profit at Rs 36 Cr.

Country’s leading farm Solutions Company Insecticides (India) Ltd. today reported a 29 percent jump in net profits at Rs. 36 crores for the second quarter ended 30th September 2017, from Rs 28 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Country’s leading farm Solutions Company Insecticides (India) Ltd. reported a 29 percent jump in net profits at Rs. 36 crores for the second quarter ended 30th September 2017, from Rs 28 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The total sales of the company stood at Rs 416 crore for the second quarter ended 30th September 2017, as compared to Rs 413 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

"It was a quarter full of challenges, I am happy that company has clocked good numbers. We will attribute this to the change in product mix. With our new products and other few products due for launch in Q3, we look forward to improving our performance. Our new products, especially KayaKalp, are getting good response from all parts of the country. Kayakalp is helping farmers rejuvenate the soil the way they have been wanting to and they are reaping benefits of using this revolutionary product and improving their yields." said Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Managing Director, IIL.
