Agniveer Recruitment 2023: Female Candidates Can Apply till March 15th; Details Inside
After inviting applications for the recruitment of male candidates through the Agnipath Scheme, now the Indian Army is set to conduct rally-wise appointments of Female aspirants as Agniveer in the Army. Interested candidates are advised to go through the below-mentioned details before applying.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Only female candidates are eligible for this recruitment drive
- The minimum age of the candidate should be 17.5 years
- The upper age limit of the candidates was announced to be 21 years initially which was later on updated to 23 years.
- The candidate must have passed class 10th
- Candidate should have scored a minimum of 45% marks in class 10th or equivalent educational level.
- The candidate should have received their educational degree from a university that the Indian Army recognizes.

Physical Standards Required:
- Height: 162 cm
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per Army Medical standards.
- Chest Expansion: The candidate should be capable of chest expansion of 05 cm.
- Chest Expansion: Candidates belonging to the following regions will be given 4 cm (Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Assam, Gorkhas, Garhwalis, Ladakhis, Tribals of recognized tribal areas)
How to Apply:
- Visit the portal of Join Indian Army at joinindianarmy.nic.in
- Check the topmost menu and tap on Agnipath option on the Homepage
- The dropdown list will open with multiple options pertaining to the Agnipath scheme
- Click on the option of Login/Apply Online.
- The candidate must provide their login information in the Login Form if they have previously registered online.
- If not registered, then register yourself and login with the credentials
- Fill in all the application form
- Upload the relevant document in accurate formats and sizes
- Click on Submit and take out the printout of the submitted application form.
