Educational Qualification Required
- Manager (Marketing): M.Sc. (Agri) / B.Sc. (Agri) with MBA (two years duration) in Marketing Management and a minimum of 12 years post qualification Executive experience in Urea, MOP, DAP, Seeds & Agrochemicals Marketing in a PSU/ Large Private Sector, of which 04 years should be in a Managerial position.
- Area Manager (Marketing): M.Sc. (Asi) / B.Sc. (Agri) with MBA (two years duration) in Marketing Management and a minimum of eight years post-qualification executive experience in line with M.Sc. (Asi) / B.Sc Urea, MOP, DAP, Seeds, and Agrochemicals Marketing in a PSU/Large Private Sector.
- Executive Trainee (Marketing): 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management (with specialisation or elective in Marketing Management/ Agri Business Management) with 60% for General/OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Executive Trainee (Chemical): Full-time BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 60% for General/OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Executive Trainee (Fire): Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with a minimum of 60 points for General/OBC candidates and 55 points for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.

Selection Process
Candidates who are eligible must take a computer-based test online. Only those candidates who have been shortlisted based on their performance in the online test will be called for a personal interview and will be paid back for their train or bus fare.
Application Fee
General, OBC, and EWS applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of 500/- plus bank charges when submitting an online application form. The online fees must be paid using internet banking or a credit or debit card.
