Eligibility:
Officers under the Central/State Government/ Union Territories Administration:
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department
OR
- With 5 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the pay band- 2 in the scale of pay of Rs. 15600- 39100 with grade pay of Rs. 6600/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department and
Possessing the following education qualification and experience:
- Sc. in Botany with Horticulture as a subject from a recognized university/ institute OR
- Sc. in Horticulture from a recognized university or institute OR
- Sc. in floriculture and landscaping from a recognized university/ institute/ and
- Eight years’ experience in Horticulture including ornamental gardening and including two years administrative.
Age Limit: candidates should not be exceeding 56 years of age
Pay Scale: Pay Level- 12 (PB- 3 Rs. 15600- 39100 + GP of Rs. 7600/- pre- revised)
