Under the MOEF&CC funded project titled "Assessments on Climate Change Related Agricultural Losses, Damage, Impacts, Vulnerability and Adaptation for National Communications (BTR and FNC) to UNFCCC," applications are invited for the following positions:

Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:

MSc/M.Tech/ME or PhD in Atmospheric Science, Soil and Water Conservation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydrology, Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Physiology, Soil Science, Agro-meteorology or related/equivalent fields with thesis/project work.

First class or OGPA >7.5 from a recognized university/institution.
Desirable Qualifications:

Knowledge in crop/hydrological/climate simulation models.

Proficiency in analysis of climate model data.

Programming skills in R/Python/Java/JavaScript/HTML.

Familiarity with cloud computing/web sources/GEE/RS and GIS tools.

Experience with LINUX, database management, and data mining.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years for YP-II (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC) as on the date of advertisement.
