Qualifications and Experience
Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
-
Master's degree in Genetics, Plant Breeding, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields with a Bachelor's degree.
-
Minimum of two years of research experience in Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations.
-
For candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Basic Sciences, a Master's degree is required, along with NET/GATE qualifications.

Experience in molecular markers, field phenotyping, and rice crop management.
Skilled Helper
-
Completion of 10+2 in Agriculture, Horticulture, Science, Arts, or Commerce.

Experience in handling rice crops.
Age limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years, with a relaxation of five years for SC/ST and women candidates, and three years for OBC candidates.
Tenure: The positions are temporary and will be filled on a contractual basis initially until 31/03/2025, with the possibility of periodic extensions based on performance until the project concludes.
Monthly Remuneration

Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Rs.35,000 + 24% HRA

Skilled Helper: Rs.21215/- (consolidated) per month
Selection Procedure
