Indo- Russian Rifle Private Limited (IRRPL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Chief Executive Officer/ Managing Director on a contract basis. Interested candidates are advised to go through the below-mentioned details before applying.
Qualification:
Candidates should be Engineering Graduates/post-graduates in any discipline.
Experience:
- Essential: should have worked for at least 5 years as a Chief Executive Officer in manufacturing companies/ equivalent higher position in Indian Armed Forces
- Desirable: 25 years of professional experience in manufacturing/ handling of the weapon system.
Employment Status:
The applicant must on the date of application, as well as on the date of the interview be employed in a regular capacity- and not in a contractual/ ad-hoc capacity in one of the following:
- Central Govt. including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services.
- Defence / Central Public Sector Enterprise
- State Public Sector Enterprise where the annual turnover is Rs. 500 crores or more
- Private Sector company where the annual turnover is Rs. 500/- crores or more
Remuneration:
Applicants from DPSUs/ CPSEs should be working in the following or a higher pay scale.
- 7250- 8250 (IDA) Pre 01/01/1992
- 9500- 11500 (IDA) Post 01/01/1992
Duration of Appointment:
- The appointment will be done for a period of 3 years from the date of joining
- With the approval of IRRPL Board, the term is extendable twice for a duration of 1 year
