Qualifications and Experience

According to positions (MSc Botany, Forestry Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agrometeorology and equivalent.)

Minimum 60% in M.E./M.Tech or equivalent, or CGPA/CPI grading 6.5 on a 10-point scale.

Minimum 65% in M.Sc or equivalent, or CGPA/CPI grading 6.84 on a 10-point scale.

Minimum 65% in B.E./B.Tech or equivalent, or CGPA/CPI grading 6.84 on a 10-point scale.
-
60% marks in B.Sc or equivalent, or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale.

For candidates with Dual/Integrated degrees, CGPA/Percentage will be considered independently for each program.

Candidates pursuing AMIE after May 31, 2013, are ineligible.

Only passed-out candidates may apply; those awaiting results need not.

Percentage/CGPA should be rounded to the nearest two decimal points. For example, 8.235 may be entered as 8.23.
Tenure: The advertised positions are temporary for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance or project duration. Appointment does not imply entitlement to permanent positions within NRSC/ISRO/Department of Space. NRSC reserves the right to terminate services without notice or reason.

Selection Procedure

Shortlisting will be done based on a Written Test if there are many applicants. The final selection is solely based on interview performance.

The candidates who are allowed for an interview after successful document verification will alone be paid eligible Travelling Allowance.
