Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) has released notification for Jr. Grade of Mizoram Engineering Service (Combined) Examination, 2024. Here are the details:

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess an Engineering Degree from a recognized Indian or Foreign University, or have passed Sections A and B of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) and obtained the relevant certificate.
Additionally, proficiency in the Mizo language up to middle school standard is required.
Note: Appearing candidates may also be considered for admission to the examination. However, they must provide proof of passing the required examination during the interview before the selection board/committee. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the service.

Age Limit

Candidates must be aged between 21 and 35 at the beginning of the recruitment month.
The upper age limit can be extended by 5 years for SC/ST and other backward-class candidates. For those already in government service and possessing the required qualifications, the upper age limit can be extended up to the duration of their continuous regular service.
Note: The Commission accepts the date of birth as recorded in the HSLC/HSSLC examination certificate at the time of application submission, with no requests for changes considered thereafter.

Monthly Remuneration

Level-10 (Rs 56100-132000/- ) Per Month
