Qualification and Experience
Essential Qualification – Candidates applying for the post of Chief Manager (Marketing) must have a Ph.D. (Agronomy)/ Agri Extn MBA (Full Time)/ Soil Science/ PGDBM (Marketing/Agriculture Mktg) + B.Sc. (Agri.) at Graduation Level.
Experience – Job-willing candidates must have a minimum of 19 years of experience in the relevant as of 30th April 2023.
Age Limitation
Candidates’ age must not exceed 46 years as of 30th April 2023 applying for the post + age relaxation might be considered for candidates having more years of experience in the relevant field.
Emoluments
Selected candidates will be offered a pay scale of Rs. 1,10,000/- - 3% - Rs. 2,40,000/- for grade 'E' with Industrial DA + Other allowances & benefits.
Candidates selected for the Chief Manager posts in Marketing must be responsible to enhance revenue and contribute by efficient budgeting, planning, pricing, sourcing, distribution, promotion, and sale of urea based on the organization’s strategy and government policies.
