Eligibility Criteria
Vacancy is open for officers working in the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings, semi-autonomous and statutory organizations, Agricultural Universities, accredited research institutions, or Councils-

Holders of analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.

Officers with three years of regular service in the grade after appointment or regular basis in posts in pay band-2, Rs. 9300-34800/- plus grade pay of Rs. 4600/- or equivalent.

Individuals with 8 years of regular service in the grade after appointment or regular basis in posts in pay band-2, Rs. 9300-34800/- plus grade pay of Rs. 4200/- or equivalent.
Educational Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Extension, or Master of Business Administration with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, or Master's Degree in Rural Management, or Master's Degree in Agricultural Business Management, or Vegetable Sciences, or Horticulture, or Agro-Forestry, or Degree in Agriculture Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience
One year of experience in Agricultural Extension work in the Central or State Government, Union Territories, Autonomous Body, or Public Sector Undertaking.
Desirable: Two years of experience in the formulation and conduct of Extension Training Programs.
