Educational Qualification Required
Law Graduates/Post Graduates from a University/College recognised by the Bar Council of India are eligible to apply/serve as Law Assistants if they have passed the LL. B/LL.M examination within two years of the detailed advertisement date. Furthermore, their candidacy must be recommended by a designated Senior Advocate of this Court or the Head of the most recent law School/College/University attended by him/her.
