Place of Work: TERI Darbari Seth Block IHC Complex Lodhi Road, New Delhi, 110003 Delhi
Job Profile:
- Creating improved planting, growing, and harvesting methods, enhancing crop productivity, and resolving client issues.
- Developing and promoting agricultural techniques to combat insect damage, soil, weather, and climate changes.
- Traveling to fields to gather samples of soil, plants, and seeds.
- Examining samples for illnesses, nutrient shortages, or other alterations.
- Aiding in the selection, testing, and sourcing of plants.
- Maintaining thorough records of fields, clients, crops, and samples.
- Producing reports and outlining results for the management, clients, or other interested parties.
- Conducting product and technique training through instructive presentations.
- Supervising groups of field assistants while undertaking fieldwork or lab work.
- Managing deadlines, budgets, and planting and watering plans.
Education qualification:
- A bachelor's degree in agriculture or a closely related discipline
- Master's degree in agricultural, soil, or life sciences
Skills Required:
- Further education and experience may be preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Ability to work outside, and in the field including- standing, walking, kneeling, and stooping for extended periods.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS
Experience:
A Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experienced people will be preferred.

Selection Criteria
Selection will be done on the basis of test/interview and shortlisted candidates will be appointed in Delhi.
