Aadhar Card Alert: In today's world, the Aadhar card has become our most important document. You won't be able to get government work or verify your identity without it. However, you aren’t aware that your Aadhar card is frequently being misused. Hence today in this article we will help you figure out, when & where your Aadhar card was used.

If your Aadhaar has been tampered in any way, you can now easily find out who has done it. You can then make a complaint about it. This service is provided by UIDAI. You can learn more about this by going to the UIDAI's website, from the comfort of your own home.

But, Why Do People Misuse Aadhar Card?

Despite the fact that everyone maintains their Aadhar safe, the misuse of our Aadhar card clearly demonstrates that our Aadhar card has fallen into the wrong hands. Perhaps while duplicating the snapshot or giving it to someone else for work, or if we fall, our base will end up in the wrong hands.

Complete Process To Check, Where Your Aadhar Card is Being Misused?

  • Go to the official website of UIDAI first, to get started.

  • Open 'Aadhaar Authentication History' under 'Aadhaar Services' on the home page.

  • You will then be asked for your Aadhaar number as well as a security code.

  • Once you've completed all of these steps, you'll receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your Aadhar registered phone number.

  • After entering the OTP, the user must fill out the requested information, including the authentication type and date range.

  • Verify it, and a list will appear in front of you, detailing the Aadhar card's history for the last six months.

  • When and where your Aadhaar was used will be obvious.

You can also file a complaint if you discover any discrepancies in your Aadhaar history. You can report a problem by calling the toll-free number 1964 or emailing help@uidai.gov.in. Apart from that, you can file a complaint at uidai.gov.in/file-complaint.
