CBSE 10th, 12th Board Exams 2020 Date Sheet to be Released Today, Exams to Begin from July 1; Advice for Students

CBSE Date Sheet 2020 for the class 10th and 12th Board Exams would be released today i.e. on 18 May. The same news has been confirmed by the HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on his twitter account. The date sheet will be released on the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education or CBSE @ cbse.nic.in.Students appearing for the CBSE 10th and 12th Board Exams 2020 for remaining 29 papers must note that exams will start from 1st July to 15 July.However, the time for when the date sheet will release is not available at the moment. Earlier HRD Minister was expected to declare the CBSE class 10th and 12th date sheet at 5 pm on 16 May. Due to last minute technical error, it got postponed till 18 May (Monday). Now, Education Minister is expected to announce the time of the release of date sheet online soon.

CBSE Date Sheet 2020: Advice for Students

Students must keep a check on the CBSE official website & HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal’s twitter account for current updates on Board Exams 2020. It is to be noted that, CBSE would be conducting the pending exams for only 29 subjects. It is not to be confused with 29 days. Many papers would be conducted on the same day.Students must be prepared to give remaining board exams even on a Saturday or a Sunday to cover for the loss of days.It is well known that CBSE class 10th and 12th Board Exams 2020 which were earlier scheduled from March 19 were postponed due to covid-19. The HRD Minister in his interaction with students had announced that the pending board exams would be held from July 1 - July 15. Today, the detailed subject wise time table would be released on the CBSE website.It is to be noted that the remaining vocational subjects and third language papers for CBSE Class 12, have been cancelled. Also, the board exams of class 10 for the other students, including the ICT exam have been cancelled. CBSE Class 10 Board Exams for 4 subjects would be held for the students of North East Delhi.
