Earlier this month, CBSE released the pre-admit cards for the CTET December 2024 examination on December 3, allowing candidates to access their exam city slips and providing details about the exam city, date, and center. The CTET exam is scheduled for December 14 and will be held in two shifts. It consists of two papers: Paper 1, for candidates aspiring to teach Classes 1-5, and Paper 2, for those aiming to teach Classes 6-8. Both papers will be available in Hindi and English and will last 2.5 hours each.
CTET is a national-level eligibility exam conducted twice a year by CBSE under the Ministry of Education’s directive. It assesses candidates’ qualifications for teaching roles in central government schools, including Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVS). This year, over 20 lakh candidates are expected to participate, with the exam taking place across 243 locations nationwide.
