Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities-

Building and maintaining strong connections with the important customers who generate the majority of the business's revenue through service extension, network growth, and service visibility.

Addressing and resolving complaints from key clients. Reviews customer service reports on a weekly or monthly basis, analyses problems as necessary, and attempts to immediately spot trends or problems.

Serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and important clients.

Deep dive into the stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to guarantee that all stores and centers carry the proper stock levels of new and existing models. Analyze, manage, and negotiate stock.

Interacting and working together with the departments of operation, training, design, product, accounts, and logistics to make sure that the needs of major clients are addressed.

Putting together reports on account status, objectives, and forecasts for stakeholders and account teams.

Gaining a full understanding of the needs and demands of important clients and creating specialized solutions.

Meeting deadlines and negotiating contracts with important clients to achieve each client's long-term objectives.
Required Education Qualification-
Technical Graduate / Bachelor's degree in business administration
Skills Required- Proven experience in key account management, Excellent communication skills, Strong negotiation, and leadership skills
Location- Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Desirable Skills- The ability to handle multiple client accounts, The ability to build rapport with key clients, Exceptional customer service skills
Year of Experience Required- 10-15 Years

Between Rs. 8.3 – 15.4 Lakhs
