In this facility, non-financial services like pick up of check, demand draft, pay order etc, account statement request, term deposit receipt are delivered at home from the bank.
What's the specialty of Doorstep Banking?
According to the information given on the official website of SBI, the customers will get cash pickup, cash delivery, check receiving, check requisition at home on behalf of the bank, life certificate pickup, pickup of KYC document, delivery of draft etc.
State Bank of India (SBI) has a minimum limit of Rs 1,000 and a maximum limit of Rs 20,000. For cash withdrawal, it is mandatory to have sufficient balance in the bank account before request. If this is not done then the transaction will be cancelled.
