Roles and Responsibilities

Create the essential tools and provide transformational insight to the phenotyping team and crop enhancement projects.

Recognize the potential and difficulties in building and providing interdisciplinary support solutions.

Expand functional team thinking to include new methods.

Investigate innovative technologies for improving project output quality and broadening the product's relevance across enterprises.

Assist stakeholders and donor organizations in developing and expanding collaborative networks with important partners.

Create innovative process techniques to speed the delivery of team outputs to the project's major stakeholders.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
-
Ph.D. degree in Crop Science/ Physiology/ Genetics/ Biotechnology with a good understanding of Plant Biology and Agricultural Systems or related disciplines with 2 years of postdoc experience.

Experience in Crop Phenotyping, Sensors Technology, and Statistical Analysis.
Additional/Preferred Skills

Support the scientist in writing the technical report.

Responsible for timely completing the assigned activities.
