KVS Teachers Recruitment Exam Results to be Declared Today; Read How to Check Result Through Website

The Kendriya Vidyalaya will announce the results for recruitment exams conducted for over 7,622 teacher positions today, 8th July 2019. Candidates who had appeared in the KVS teachers’ recruitment exam can check the results at the official website of the Sangathan - The Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) tweeted that “The results will be declared on Monday at 11 am”.

The interviews were held in the month of February this year. KVS in 2018 had conducted recruitment exam for various posts of Teachers, Officers and other Staff. Up till now, results for 1944 posts have been announced by the Sangathan and appointment letter has already been issued to the candidates. The results that have been declared are of - 1079 PGTs, 340 TGTs (Misc. Category), 217 Vice Principals, 95 Librarians, 137 PRT (Music) and 76 Principals.

Steps to check KVS result 2018:

Step 1 – Go to the official website of the Sangathan -

Step 2 – Tap the link ‘KVS result 2018’

Step 3 – Now enter your registration number and roll number

Step 4 – Your KVS results will appear on the screen

Step 5 - Download & take a print out for further use.

It must be noted that the result of 7499 posts are yet to be released that includes 31 Assistant Section Officers, 269 Senior Secretariat Assistant, 38 Steno (Grade II), 684 Junior Secretariat Assistant, 4 Deputy Commissioners, 3 Vice Principals, 3473 TGTs and 3000 PRTs.

In addition, the results for 123 officers to be promoted via limited departmental examination or DPC will also be released along with the above results.

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan basically has the responsibility of maintaining, controlling, running and managing the Kendriya Vidyalayas or central schools located all across India and also abroad.
