The National Seed Association of India which is also known as NSAI has expressed appreciation and gratitude to all those who are associated with the Seed Industry on the occasion of NSAI 16th Foundation Day; i.e., 08th May, 2023. The NSAI team is thankful to everyone who has contributed support and assistance in the successful journey of the organization so far.

Additionally, the NSAI office bearers M. Prabhakar Rao, President NSAI, Dineshbhai Patel, Vice President NSAI, Bibhuti Bhusan Pattanaik, General Secretary NSAI, Vaibhav Ravi Kashikar, Treasurer NSAI, and R K Trivedi Executive Director regurgitates the dedication, effort, and commitment to make all the possible measures in the successful address of policy issue of members of seed industries and offer world-class services to NSAI and its members.   

The National Seed Association of India (NSAI) is a non-profit organization established in India in March 2003. It represents the Indian seed industry and aims to promote quality seed production, research, and marketing in the country.

NSAI is actively involved in advocating appropriate policies and regulations for the seed industry, promoting new technologies, and facilitating research and development in the field of seed science and technology. It also provides a platform for its members to interact and exchange knowledge and expertise in seed production, processing, and marketing.

The organization works closely with various government bodies, including the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare, to address issues related to seed production and trade. It also collaborates with international organizations and seed associations to bring about innovations in seed science and technology.

NSAI's main objectives include promoting the use of high-quality seed varieties, enhancing seed production and productivity, and creating awareness about the importance of quality seed among farmers. It also aims to promote the use of modern technologies in seed production, processing, and marketing and works towards establishing quality standards and certification processes for seed production.
