On Monday (28 June 2021), the Digital Financial Services platform Paytm announced that it has revamped its LPG cylinder booking experience with its brand-new features, along with exciting offers & cashback.
Paytm users can now pay with the help of Paytm for bookings made through IVRS, WhatsApp or missed calls. This exclusive feature of Paytm enables the users to pay through Paytm even after hours of booking a cylinder through any other channel or platform.
The company has also announced an assured cashback of upto Rs 900/- on 3-cylinder bookings for the first-time users of LPG cylinder booking through Paytm App. Paytm users will also get assured Paytm First Points on each and every cylinder booked on Paytm, which can redeem against their wallet balance & the discount vouchers from popular brands.
This exclusive offer is applicable on the cylinder booking of all 3 major LPG companies – HP Gas, Indane & BharatGas. Users/Customers will also have an option to pay later for the cylinder booking by enrolling in Paytm Postpaid. This new feature is now available on the Paytm App and it is the ability of users to track the delivery status of their gas cylinder and they will also receive an automated intelligent reminder for refills.
Steps to Book a Cylinder on Paytm App
The only thing that a user needs to do is to go to the “Book Gas Cylinder” tab, select that gas provider, then enter a Mobile No./LPG ID/Consumer No., and after that make a payment. Now the cylinder will be delivered to the registered address by the nearest gas agency.
