SBI apprentice recruitment 2020: India’s largest lender, the State Bank of India is inviting applications for the post of apprentices. The online application process has started and will end on 10th December 2020. Those interested and eligible can apply at the bank’s official website - sbi.co.in.

SBI apprentice vacancy 2020 details
A total of 8,500 apprentices would be trained under this current recruitment drive. The selection of applicants will be on the basis of an online written exam. The test will be held in the month of January 2021.
Those who qualify in the written exam will have to appear for a local language test of the state they have applied for. After that, a medical exam will also be held. Selected applicants will be hired as apprentices for three years duration. SBI apprentices will have to pass the IIBF exam during their three years duration with the bank, according to official notice. It must be noted that IIBF - Indian Institute of Banking and Finance is a ‘distance learning’ institute.
Eligibility of SBI apprentice
Age: Candidate must be at least 20 years old to apply for the job. The maximum age is 28 years.
Qualification – Candidate must be a Graduate from a recognised University or Institute.

General/OBC/EWS will have to pay Rs. 300/-
SC/ST/PWD – No fee
Salary of SBI apprentice
The SBI apprentices will get a stipend of Rs 15,000/month during the 1st year, Rs 16,500/month during the 2nd year, and Rs 19,000/month during the 3rd year. They will not be eligible for any other allowances / benefits.

Candidates will have to apply for the apprentice posts through online mode @ sbi.co.in from 20th November to 10th December 2020. After submitting the online application form they must take a printout of the finally submitted application for future reference.
