Tata Consultancy Services, Tata's IT consultancy service provider, has issued an open call for MBA freshers or graduates who are eligible to join the business in the fiscal year 2022-23. The online application site for interested candidates has been launched. However, because no deadline has been specified, the last day to apply is still undetermined.
"TCS Management Hiring Program is exclusively available for all management graduates who can join our workforce in FY 2022-23," TCS stated on its page.
"The road to laying a strong foundation for a wonderful career is now accessible for all PAN India applicants with Year of Passing (YOP) 2020, 2021, and 2022 for authorized specializations only," the statement continued."

TCS added 28,238 individuals in the third quarter, including a mix of fresh engineering graduates and lateral recruits, for a total headcount of over 5 lakhs and a varied workforce of 147 nationalities, according to sources.
TCS claims to have employed over 1 lakh people in FY22 and promises to hire over 40,000 new workers in the first quarter of fiscal year 2023. The corporation currently employs 592,195 people, with more than 200,000 women accounting for 35.6%of the workforce.

Candidates applying for the MBS recruitment drive should be at least 18 years old and no older than 28 years old, according to TCS.

Candidates should have completed two years of full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA)/Master of Management Studies (MMS)/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in marketing, finance, operations, supply chain management, information technology, general management, business analytics, or project management in marketing, finance, operations, supply chain management, information technology, general management, business analytics, or project management.

Before obtaining an MBA, candidates must have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.

Only students from the batches of 2020, 2021, and 2022 are eligible.

At the time of the selection procedure, students should not have any outstanding assignments.

A total academic gap of no more than two years should be avoided. Students must declare any gaps in their education and offer credible justifications backed up by document proof.
