TNPSC Group 4 2019 Notification Released; Online Application Process to Start on 14 June; More Details Inside

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission also known as TNPSC has released a short notice for direct recruitment to the posts included in ‘Group IV’. The notification was released on 7th June, 2019. The Tamil Nadu PSC will be conducting the exam for direct recruitment to the posts included in Combined Civil Services Examination-IV 2019.

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission also known as TNPSC has released a short notice for direct recruitment to the posts included in ‘Group IV’. The notification was released on 7th June, 2019. The Tamil Nadu PSC will be conducting the exam for direct recruitment to the posts included in Combined Civil Services Examination-IV 2019.

This year, the exam is scheduled to be held in the month of September, most probably in the first week. The online application for the recruitment will begin on 14th June, 2019 and the last date to submit the online application form is 14th July 2019.

Details regarding the TNPSC Group-4 exam 2019 like education qualification, age limit, selection procedure, fee details, reservation, exam pattern, syllabus and other important information will be put on the official website of the TNPSC on 14 July, 2019.

The Tamil Nadu Public Service commission conducts Combined Civil Services Exam to appoint eligible candidates for Group 4 posts such as Junior Assistant, Village Administrative Officer and Field Surveyor etc in Tamil Nadu Ministerial service, Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial Service, Tamil Nadu Secretariat Service and Tamil Nadu Survey & Land Records Subordinate Service. The annual exam calendar for 2019 was released last year in December.

It must be noted that the minimum essential education qualification for Group IV posts is class 10th pass or class 12th pass according to the notification released in 2017.

In 2018, the TNPSC had conducted the clerk level job exam on 11th February to fill-up around 9,500 posts of stenographers, typists and village administrative officers (VAO). As per reports, as many as 20 lakh candidates registered for the exam in 2018, out of which 16 lakh appeared for the exam.
