PM Kisan Yojana:

In November-2018, before the Lok Sabha elections, the Central Government announced the PM-Kisan. Under the scheme, farmers get three installments of two thousand rupees every year. This money goes directly to the accounts of the farmers. Its purpose is to help in purchasing fertilizer, seeds and agricultural equipment.

All Farmers will be Benefitted

CP Srivastava, Deputy Agricultural Director (Lucknow Division), states that all eligible farmers will soon get the benefit of Samman Nidhi.  More than 80 percent of the data has been sent to the Ministry, correcting the errors, say reports.

Base bank account error

According to the officials, farmers were included in the scheme without Aadhaar in the first phase.
