ABCZ Hosts Delegation of 17 Foreign Journalists including Krishi Jagran

Seventeen foreign journalists attended a press conference, at ABCZ headquarters, with the President of the Organization, Arnaldo Manuel de Souza Machado Borges. They are professionals from India, Turkey and countries in Latin America.

"This year we have expanded the international structure to better serve you who carry out this important work of spreading zebu breeds," said President Arnaldo.

The journalist from Colombia, Karina Vázquez, of PubliAgro Magazine and Agricultural Television, participates in ExpoZebu for the third consecutive time. She said, “This year we are doing more coverage of the fair. We followed several events in the park, the Field Days at the farm and also visited the Semen Collection Center."

Krishi Jagran, an Agri-Media Publication from India wanted to know how ABCZ and Brazil can assist in Indian genetic improvement. To which, President Arnaldo explained, "In his visit to the ambassador of India, in Brasília, he expressed his desire to partner with ABCZ to work with genetic material, and with Embrapa, on the management issue our goal is to develop this exchange.”

"The journalists were invited to know and understand the history of the centennial of ABCZ, ExpoZebu and to identify the potential of Brazilian genetics that can collaborate and increase the branch in their countries," said ABCZ international relations manager Icce Garbellini.

The Director of International Relations of the Entity, Ana Cláudia Mendes Souza, praised the presence of journalists and said, "We hope you enjoyed all the visits and took full advantage of all the information provided here. We can increasingly expand this relationship that makes all the difference in bringing information about Zebu to the world."
