If you have registered for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana or PM-Kisan scheme and facing any difficulty then the government has launched a new facility to solve your problem. Now any farmer can register his complaint by visiting the PM Kisan official website - https://pmkisan.gov.in/ and the authority will make sure that the issue is resolved.

PM-Kisan Yojana: How to register complaint

In order to register your complaint, follow the steps given below;

Step 1- Go to PM-Kisan website - https://pmkisan.gov.in/

Step 2 - On the right-hand side of the website, under Farmers corner section, you will find an option ‘Help Desk’. Click the Help Desk option.

Step 3 - Now a new page will open saying ‘Application of Grievance Registration Form’

Step 4 - Here you have to enter your Aadhaar number or account number or registered mobile number to register your grievance.

Step 5 - After this, click on Get Data.

Step 6 - After entering the information of any of the three, a new page will open, containing your status and details of how many installments have been released so far. If there is any problem in registration, then that information will also be given.

Step 7 - At the bottom you will find another option ‘Select Grievance’.

Step 8 - In this, you can choose your problem through the drop-down menu - such as account number not being correct, online application pending, installment failure, transaction failure, problem with Aadhaar correction, gender written wrong.

Step 9 - After selecting the problem, you will have to write your problem in detail in the box below.

Step 10 - After this, click on Submit button. With this, your problem will be registered and also resolved soon.

Further you will get the status of the filed complaint through the message on your mobile number.

Farmers will also get help by calling on the PM-Kisan helpline number - 011-24300606. By calling on this number, you can know about the status of registration, new installment status, payment details etc.
