Madhya Pradesh, under the new dispensation, is committed to rapid development in the field of Tourism while ensuring progress in the socio-economic arena. Department of Tourism, Government of Madhya Pradesh is leaving no stone unturned toward attracting more and more foreign and domestic tourists to Madhya Pradesh.
Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board (MPTB) aims to promote tourism in the State and enhance the tourism infrastructure through the private sector. Keeping this in mind, MPTB has established an Investment Promotion Division to create an investor-friendly environment that could attract many national and international investors.
The Investment Promotion Division, after its inception, has formulated various policies such as Way Side Amenities Policy 2016, Tourism Policy 2016, Heritage Policy 2016, Water Tourism Policy 2017, and Camping & Adventure Tourism Policy 2018 to encourage private investment. The investment Promotion Division manages land and heritage property banks and allows these properties to Investors. Way Side Amenities are also allotted to private investors in various modules. The Division is also implementing the home Stay and Water Tourism Policy.
In this context and to develop tourism in the state and attract investors in the tourism sector in the state, the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board, in partnership with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is organizing “Madhya Pradesh Tourism Investor, ’s Meet” at Hotel Ramada, Jaipur on Tuesday, 6th December 2022. The session will have Senior officials from the Madhya Pradesh Tourism, GoMP.
