Buttermilk Cleanser:

Buttermilk Moisturizer:

Buttermilk has a reputation for moisturizing and nourishing the skin. When mixed with oatmeal, another powerful ingredient that cleanses and detoxifies the skin, it gives the face a lightening effect. It can also aid to diminish discoloration and wrinkles when taken regularly. 

Make a thick paste using buttermilk and oats to make this mask. Apply it to your face and neck in a generous amount, massage it in for a few minutes, and then let it dry. It should be washed in simple water and blotted dry.
