These days obesity has become a common problem and reducing weight is a very difficult task. Many people eat less and exercise more to reduce weight but they get no results. This means that you have to make some necessary changes in your lifestyle and have to improve your diet.  Here are some easy ways to help you get rid of obesity and reduce weight.  Check your BMI if you are serious towards your goal. 

Different ranges of BMI are:-  

If you're in the underweight range then BMI will be below 18.5.

If you're in the healthy weight range then BMI will be between 18.5 and 24.9.

If you're in the overweight range then BMI will be between 25 and 29.9.

If you're in the obese range then BMI will be between 30 and 39.9.

Different methods to lose weight  

Make a plan 

This is the first and the most important step for reducing weight. If you have not made a plan then understand that you can never reduce your weight. Think what you and how much weigh you have to lose and make a goal of how much weight you can lose in how many days.

Take a notebook and jot down your weight, height and calculate your BMI.

Follow your diet and exercise 

It's easy to make a plan but it tougher to execute it.

If you really want to lose weight, then you should keep a track of what you eat and which exercise you do. 

Exercise in a proper way.

Visit gym regularly.


Get plenty of sleep because less than 7 to 8 hours of sleep produces hunger, which makes you eat more than necessary and increases obesity.

Avoid eating snacks 

These days many people have a habit of eating something every minute. They intake food four times a day plus snacks which increases their calories intake. So, you should how much to eat and when to eat. So, avoid eating snacks.

Plan a cheat day  

It’s tough to execute a keto diet plan but you can plan a cheat day once in a month and on this day you can eat whatever you want to.


This is one of the important aspects in reducing weight. Change your lifestyle if you want to lose your weight.

Wake up early morning.

Lift heavy weights 

If you are male or female, lifting heavy weights will burn you fat. This makes muscles and increases the metabolism of the body. When you lift heavy weights you start burning calories very fast.

Diversify your workouts 

Do a variety of exercises in a day, such as a 5 minute cardio treadmill, dumbbell circuits, stretching and bent over crying after biking. Do these exercises 8 times in a row.

Balance diet 

Diet plays an important role in reducing weight.

80 percent of your diet contributes in reducing weight.
