Kalonji is an interesting spice that is also known as Sanjeevani herb of Kaliyuga. Keeps Diabetes in control 

  • If you consume 2 grams of Kalonji daily it results in fasting glucose and insulin resistance decreases, beta cell function increases, and glycosylated hemoglobin decreases.

It reduces blood pressure in control 

  • Consuming 100 or 200 mg of kalonji twice a day reduces blood pressure in hypertensive patients.

Beneficial for hairs 

  • To get rid of various problems related to your hairs, you massage your scalp with kalonji oil.

  • Kalonji oil removes baldness and grows hair.

Beneficial for Skin disorders 

  • Make powder of kalonji seeds and then Mix the powder of seeds with coconut oil and massaging it on the skin eliminates skin disorders.

  • Take 50 grams of mint leave and mix it with kalonji in a cup of water.

  • You can also sprinkle the kalonji seeds on bread, cheese and pastry or papad and eat it.
