Ingredients (Serving One Glass)

  • A lemon

  • Salt

  • 1 glass of water (room temperature)

Method

  • Split the lemon into two halves.

  • Squeeze out the lemon juice from both the halves into a jar/glass.

  • Pour water into the glass and mix the lemon juice well with a spoon.

  • Add a pinch of salt into the water and mix it well.

Consume this drink half an hour before going to bed. On a regular consumption for 2 to 3 days, you will start noticing a difference in your sleeping pattern. It’s a simple drink but very helpful for reducing insomnia from an early stage.
